These terms govern the use of TripShare Rewards at sharetrip.site (the Platform), operated by Meir Gilady (the Operator). By creating an account or using the site you accept them. Version 2026-09.

1. What the Platform is

The Platform publishes trips that travelers took, with the places they recommend and their personal scores. Content is the travelers' own experience and opinion, not professional advice. Prices, opening hours and availability must be verified with the supplier before booking.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, provide accurate details and keep your password safe. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard; records the law requires us to keep (invoices, ledger, audit) are retained for the legal period and then deleted.

3. Publishing trips

You may publish only trips you took yourself and must upload proof of travel (photos, vouchers, tickets). Receipts and vouchers are private and seen only by moderators. You keep ownership of your content and grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and promote it, including in emails to hotels you recommended. Do not publish other people's content, personal data of third parties, or misleading claims.

4. Bookings and commissions

Bookings are made with hotels and suppliers under the Platform's direct agreements. The Platform is not the supplier, does not process the booking payment and is not a party to the stay contract. When a booking made through a Platform link is completed, the supplier pays the Platform a referral commission; travelers whose recommendation led to the booking receive a share of it under the Creator terms.

5. Hotels and partners

Hotels join under the Hotel referral agreement. Partner content must be accurate. The Platform may suspend a partner that breaches the agreement.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, fake accounts, fake proof, manipulation of scores or clicks, or any unlawful use. The Platform may remove content and close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

The Platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for the acts of suppliers, or for the accuracy of traveler content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site 14 days in advance. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in the State of Israel (Tel Aviv-Jaffa district) have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of the Platform.
